"Awaiting Fulfilment"

This mean your order is due to be processed.

"Order Processing"

This means your order is being processed to be shipped.

"Shipped"

This means that your order is due to be dispatched or has already been dispatched, please be sure to track your order- sent via email or log into account and check under order status.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Please allow 3-5 full working days for the processing and shipping of your order, once you receive a shipping notification you will receive your order within 1-2 working days, however please still allow the stated time of 3-5 working days.

A signature will be required upon receipt so please ensure that there is someone there to accept it. If you are not around to accept delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left to arrange a redelivery or collection. UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Next Day Delivery for all UK orders placed before 3pm at £8.00 (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the next business day, for orders placed after 3pm orders will be dispatched the following business day.

Orders placed on a Friday before 15:00 GMT will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed on a Friday after 15:00 GMT, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Please note this only applies to England, Scotland & Wales excluding Highlands and Islands.

Next Day orders placed after 3:00 PM 22/12/16 will be processed the following working day, for delivery the next working day (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

 For Ireland please enter Eire under post code.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

Please note we are unable to change your delivery address or redirect your order once the order has been placed, unless an error has been made in the original details. 

 

Please also note that parcels cannot be left with a neighbour, left without a signature, PO Box/Parcel Motel.

To cancel orders please notify Customer Care within 2 hours of ordering. Please note, it may not be possible to cancel orders if a cancellation is requested on a weekend or bank holiday.

You will receive your order within the given timeframe; once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping notification via e-mail.
