This mean your order is due to be processed.

"Order Processing"

This means your order is being processed to be shipped.

"Shipped"

This means that your order is due to be dispatched or has already been dispatched, please be sure to track your order- sent via email or log into account and check under order status.

Due to the current condition we have updated our delivery times. Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your parcel, once shipping notification has been sent out you will receive your order the next day.

A signature will be required upon receipt so please ensure that there is someone there to accept it. We do not authorise any parcels to be delivered to neighbours or left in safe places, if you are not around to accept delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left to arrange a redelivery or collection. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT DELIVER TO PARCEL MOTEL. If you wish to redirect your delivery please email customercare@virgoslounge.com.

Express Delivery up to 5 working/business days. All orders placed Friday after 3pm, will be dispatched after the weekend.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

Please note we are unable to change your delivery address or redirect your order once the order has been placed, unless an error has been made in the original details. 

Please also note that parcels cannot be left with a neighbour, left without a signature, PO Box/Parcel Motel.

To cancel orders please notify Customer Care within 2 hours of ordering. Please note, it may not be possible to cancel orders if a cancellation is requested on a weekend or bank holiday.

You will receive your order within the given timeframe; once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping notification via e-mail.
