Select your country on right hand corner of website to see prices in your local currency. You can now pay in your local currency and also pay with your local payment methods.
What do I do if I want to cancel my order?
Please email email@example.com within 2 hours of placing your order, if you wish to cancel your order.
How can I track my order?
An email including your shipping information will be sent to you at point of dispatch, information will include tracking number and direct link to your tracking information.

Returns and Refunds
What is your returns procedure?
We accept returns of unwanted items within 14 days of receipt.
For returns outside UK please return please use our fulfilment partner Global E, otherwise please return your order via recorded delivery for proof of postage and to ensure we receive your parcel.
How long does the refund take?
We ask to allow 10-14 working days for your refund to be processed; once received and inspected, as your refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation via email. Please allow up to 5 days for funds to clear in your account due to varying bank processing times.
Can I do an exchange?
We don't offer exchanges, so advise you place a new order for your required replacement.
Can I drop my returns at your warehouse?
We do not accept returns by hand or drop-ins to our warehouse.
I bought a dress from a retail store and identified its faulty, what do I do?
Please return the item to the store bought for a refund/exchange.

UK Next Day Delivery: £10.00, next working day (no Saturday Delivery)

My dress looks slightly different, why? I wore my dress and some beads fell off, what do I do?
Our garments have been hand beaded. Slight irregularities and variations should not be regarded as defect. Because of the fragile beading of the garments , it is normal occurrence for some of the beads to fall off. For that reason, we provide extra beads with your garments and could provide more on request. Please contact our customer care team if you wish to have spare beads.
