Merchandise must be returned via recorded delivery within 14 working days (extended for Christmas) of receipt in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. Please send precise information of any faults to email@example.com with the subject FAULT before making returns, as well as a detailed note within your returns.
We now offer a simple and free returns service for all UK orders (for orders placed from 24/11/17)!
You may return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
To return an item, simply follow the steps below.
- Repackage the item in the original box and packaging.
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns label link.
- Once you have the link, print the label and Take your parcel to any Post Office counter and obtain proof of postage. Please do not post the package through the post box as you will need the Post Office receipt.

If you receive an order and deem it faulty, please send precise information of any faults, including pictures to email@example.com with the subject FAULT before making any returns. We will look into the matter and advise on the next steps in getting your item returned.
Please note - if you return a faulty item before informing us, we will not be able to issue any postage or shipping reimbursements as faulty returns need to be approved.
Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (free returns does not apply). For international returns please mark clearly on your returns form and outer packaging "Returned goods - No commercial value". Without this any taxes incurred will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper.
Please include your returns form within parcel.
We kindly ask that you allow 10-14 WORKING DAYS for refunds to be processed. Once your refund has been processed please allow 3-5 working days for funds to reflect in account, depending on banking provider. Please log into your account for confirmation of refund.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any customs or import duties charged on international returns will be charged to the sender except if the returned item is faulty. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
