We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities.
Terms of Sale
If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.
If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Virgos Lounge. However, colour varies from camera to camera as well as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card. Once your order has been processed (fulfilled) you will receive shipping information, which will include your tracking details.
Cancellation of Order
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours of ordering, by emailing customercare@virgoslounge.com with Cancel and your order number in the subject.
Price and Payment
We try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on our website are accurate, however, errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing we will notify you immediately by either correcting the price or cancelling your order.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, either an increase or decrease of goods, or remove or vary service, therefore payment of goods will not be reimbursed if an order has been placed after the price change. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
Additional Charges
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
However, by selecting your country on the top right-hand corner you can now have a clear idea of what duties you may have to pay and you can now pay duties at checkout or when your parcel reaches its destination.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left for you to arrange redelivery/collection.
Shipping and Return postage are not refundable.
Please note that the website charges in GBP (Pounds). Please note that any currency conversions on the site are only estimates and charges will still be made in GBP.
 
Discount Codes
  • Only one promotion code can be used per order, discount codes are not valid on sale items.
  •  A promotion code cannot be used after an order has been placed, even if your order has not been dispatched

Delivery
UK Standard Delivery £5.50, Free on orders over £80
UK Standard Delivery, please allow 2-3 working days to receive your parcel, once the shipping notification has been sent out you will receive your order the next day.
A signature will be required upon receipt so please ensure that there is someone there to accept it. If you are not around to accept delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left to arrange a redelivery or collection.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

 

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY £8, Free on orders over £120 

Please order by 12 p.m. between Monday and Friday to receive your order the following working day (no deliveries on weekends or public holidays). Once the shipping notification has been sent out you will receive your order the next day.

International Delivery, £10-£12, Free on orders over £130

Please allow up to 3 full working days for the processing and shipment of your order.

Returns
Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached within 14 days of receiving the order. Please refer here for returns instructions.
Most of our garments have been hand beaded. Slight irregularities and variations should not be regarded as a defect. Because of the fragile beading of the garments, it is normal occurrence for some of the beads to fall off. For that reason, we provide extra beads with your garments and could provide more on request. Please contact our customer care team if you wish to have spare beads.
Please include your returns form within the parcel, if returns forms or order details are not included in returns we can not guarantee that return will be processed within the 10-14 working day window.  You must keep a copy of your postage receipt, should there be any issues with your parcel during transit. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund customers unless we have a copy of the postage receipt. 
Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (free returns does not apply). 
For international returns please mark clearly on your returns form and outer packaging "Returned goods - No commercial value". Without this, any taxes incurred will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper.

Faulty Returns

If you receive an order and deem it faulty, please send precise information of any faults, including pictures to customercare@virgoslounge.com with the subject FAULT before making any returns. We will look into the matter and advise on the next steps in getting your item returned. 

Please note - if you return a faulty item before informing us, we will not be able to issue any postage or shipping reimbursements as faulty returns need to be approved. 

Refunds
ONCE WE HAVE PROCESSED YOUR RETURN, YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 10-14 WORKING DAYS. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.
Please be advised that it may take between 3-5 working days for any funds due to reflecting in your banking statement. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but dependent on your banking service provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please ensure you check our Size Guide before placing your order as our sizes may differ from other companies sizing.

Virgos Lounge mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by The Brand Porter (“The Brand Porter”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Virgos Lounge’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Virgos Lounge through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, new launches, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Virgos Lounge. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18449122227 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Virgos Lounge mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
